The next cut-off date for the submission of proposals under the FET-Open scheme for Research and Innovation Actions (RIA) is 24/1/2019 at 17:00 CET.
The Future and Emerging Technologies Open (FET-Open) from Horizon2020 is part of the European Innovation Council (EIC) Pilot programme (2018-2020) and is aimed to fund early stage technology and science research in order to develop breakthrough new innovations.
Universities and research organisations can benefit from this program as well as industry and high-tech SMEs, so there is a high level competition for funding in the programme. If you want to succeed with your proposal the most important things you must consider in your project are:
- Long-term vision
- Novelty
- High-risk expected
- Flexible methodology
- Breakthrough scientific and technological target
- Radical vision
- Ambitious interdisciplinary research
